An Italian fish soup so
substantial it’s really a stew, brodetto is made with West Coast fish [monkfish
or rig as available] in a tasty broth of tomatoes, garlic, parsley, seasonal
vegetables and optional chilli

To order –
Please allow an hour’s notice
when ordering, and an extra 30 minutes for the brodetta as we make the bread
fresh each time. Fill in your order and
give it to Marie or Tony at Te Puna, next driveway down on the left. If we’re out, leave it under the Te Puna
doormat. Then all you have to do is set
up your table, relax and we will deliver your dinner to you, hot and ready to
eat. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are
provided in the house and we will collect the serving dishes the next day.
